At the Virginia State Capitol we always try to feature local produce, but for FTD we go all out. We'll do local eggs and goat cheese for breakfast, local veggies and meats for our lunch features, and some no-meat options, too! Cutting out meat from even one meal a week dramatically reduces both your risk of heart disease and your carbon footprint at the same time!
